Configure third-party email applications to send and receive your Netscape mail

You can use a third-party email application to send and receive emails, if you'd prefer a different interface. Below are the server settings you'll need to use and links to common email app setup instructions. If you need specific help configuring your app, please contact its manufacturer.

Mail server settings

Most email software and applications have an account settings menu where you'll need to update the mail server settings. When entering your account info, make sure you use your full email address, including @netscape.com, and that the SSL encryption is enabled for incoming and outgoing mail.

Tip icon Some email clients may require you to use an app password instead of your Netscape password. Once generated, enter the app password in the Password field in your email client.
